How a paid post is labeled

Every paid placement opens with the same line and carries X's Paid Partnership label plus a "Sponsored" strip on the card:

Paid placement: USD [amount] from [Project]. HoodWire's view is not for sale; the numbers are ours.

That is the standard the Securities Act anti-touting rule and the FTC endorsement guides require: nature, source and amount of compensation, in the post itself. Sponsors may correct facts in a spotlight; they do not write it.

What we decline

Presales and unregistered securities offerings.
"Guaranteed returns", APY promises, price targets.
Tokens that fail the safety pre-check: honeypot behaviour, unlocked liquidity, copycat tickers.
Anything that requires hiding that it was paid for.
Payment in the sponsor's own token, or from sanctioned parties.

How it works

Send the form below with your project details and, for token placements, the contract address.
We run the safety pre-check on the contract and reply with a quote and dates.
Invoice or USDG payment link; the slot is booked when it clears.
You receive a preview link 12 hours before publication, for factual corrections only.
The post goes out with the disclosure line. Three days later you get an impressions report.
